To Return an item:

First, request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting us Here.

When you receive the RA number, write it on a copy of your invoice and include it in the package with your return. Also write the number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return postage. Mail your return to the address shown on the packing slip.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a prompt refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Claims for Damage, Shortage or Breakage

Please note that claims for damage, shortage or breakage must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
